Alert from the Wright State Police: The Wright State University Police Department is investigating an assault that occurred Tuesday, Oct. 7. The female victim reported to officers Wednesday, Oct. 8 that at about 7 p.m. Oct. 7 she was walking on the sidewalk near the Wright State Physicians Building. A man was walking in the opposite direction and after he passed her, she said he struck and kicked her and then left the area. The victim described the suspect as a white man, standing 510, and having green eyes. Anyone with information about this incident should contact Wright State Police at 937-775-2111. SAFETY TIPS 1.
