Alert to Africa: USA military using HAARP against Africa and has accelerated the split of the continent on the Nile River region from Djibouti to Malawai. Goal: create as many earthquakes as possible and activate as many volcanoes as possible in order to flood the Serengeti plain and desert according to the report I just read. They may also be using this device in the Congo and Niger river regions in order that they may mess up Africa and divide the continent into three part and flood much of it within six month to three years I estamate at a maximum.
