Alex Ansary 16 hrs · Edited · The are appear to be playing out a ritual of giving up their wives and children, its a dance of body language and in the longer clip (see below in comment section), there is a lot of body language and he seems to be tapping their energy and doing lots of touch on purpose but most of all WE THE PEOPLE ARE BEING SHOWN IT ON CSPAN! Also the wives are standing between Biden and the husbands, it seems apart of the ritual - to separate and give tribute to this entity in Bidens body
