Welcome Aboard ... fuelxx joins RAB Racing this weekend as primary sponsor of the No. 99 Toyota Camry. A solution for large diesel consumers, fuelxx significantly reduces the detrimental environmental impact and the cost of running diesel engines. The partnership with RAB Racing at Phoenix International Raceway was the result of a trial to test the fuelxx unit on one of the teams haulers. The results of this field test showed significant improvement on one of the teams haulers with fuelxx installed over the same truck traveling the same route, but without fuelxx installed. The positive results of these tests led to further communications and, ultimately, the partnership between RAB Racing and IGT. Home Sweet Home ... Alex Bowman Quotes: Im really excited to head to Phoenix and be close to home this weekend. Phoenix International Raceway has been a very special race track for me growing up in nearby Tucson, Arizona. I can remember going to the track as a child with my father watching my heroes race in USAC and NASCAR and always dreamed of racing there. Ive raced quarter midgets as a kid in the midway behind the grandstands, raced full-sized midgets, K&N West cars, and will now be making my third NASCAR Nationwide Series start so its honestly been a dream come true for me. We had a great run going in this race last year and finished in the 15th position, had an even better car for the spring race but got caught up in a first-lap accident. We as a team are definitely coming out for redemption at Phoenix and put a little more pressure on each other to perform well at this track. Chris Rice Quotes: Myself and everyone at RAB Racing have had this race circled on our calendar for a long time. Phoenix is very close to home for Alex, so we put a lot of pressure on each other for him to do well here. Not to mention we have a new partnership with International Green Technology (IGT) and want a great finish for all of our guests this weekend. Its always exciting when you have a new paint scheme but this one especially looks great, and Im excited to see it on the race track. Alex has done a great job at Phoenix the last two races, but hasnt got the finish to show for it. Im confident this will be the turning point for Alex to finally get a good finish at the track he calls home.
