Alex Gordon- ex President of RMT is not the only person to have spoken out about the indiscriminate shootings and shelling of civilians by the NATO and EU backed semi fascist government in Kiev on civilians in South East Ukraine and on the resistance fighters in Donetsk and elsewhere who do not want to belong to a neo-liberal austerity semi fascist, far right government in KIev.At an early attempt to form a solidarity movement with the suffering people of South Eastern Ukraine and the resistance movement that was developing to the coup orchestrated by far right and semi fascist organisations to overthrow Yanukovych [who had been democratically elected whatever his faults by Ukraine ] , Lindsey German of Stop the War , Richard Brenner, Alan Woods, Andrew Murray all gave excellent speeches and were backed up by Boris Kargalitsky from Moscow on Skype and a member of Borotba. John Rees of Stop the War also made an excellent contribution.So there are solidarity moves in the UK with the people of South East via this Solidarity with Antifascist Resistance in Ukraine.Its important for those on the left who support self determination for the people of South East Ukraine to become part of that movement.
