Alfa Romeo Giulietta Mosaic The Alfa Romeo 147 was a beautifully crafted car; it was elegant and sporty on the outside and highly refined on the inside, especially the Lusso models with the T Spark engines. In 2010 Alfa Romeo introduced the 147s successor, the Alfa Romeo Giulietta in Kent. Like the 147 the Giulietta is a small family hatchback with a lot of style and charisma, the Giulietta came 2nd in the European Car of the Year awards. Unlike the 147 the Giulietta is currently only available as a 5 door hatchback, the 147 was available in both 3 and 5 door configurations, and many expect Alfa Romeo to introduce a 3 door Giulietta in the very near future. Alfa Romeo has been marketing the Giulietta pretty aggressively to help build some buzz around the car, there has even been an advertising campaign made with Hollywood actress Uma Thurman. You may also see a Giulietta Mosaic on billboards, the mosaic was created by using thousands of photos from owners past and present, historic stills from film, TV and landmark motorsport successes. The mosaic is also meant to represent Alfa Romeos first 100 years as a car manufacturing brand. Damien Dally, Brand Communications Manager of Alfa Romeo said, This piece of artwork communicates the brand in its centenary year extremely well. Creating our latest Giulietta model from hundreds of images sent in by fans of the brand and from our heritage really sums up what Alfa Romeo is all about.
