Alfred State recently kicked off the Pioneer Cup, a year-long - TopicsExpress

Alfred State recently kicked off the Pioneer Cup, a year-long residence hall competition for leadership in civic engagement, sustainability, and health & wellness. Residents earn points for their hall by participating in activities, programs, and events related to the competition themes. The residence hall with the most points at the end of the year will be named the Pioneer Cup champion and will be awarded at least $1,500 that can be used to benefit the hall (for example, taking a hall trip or buying a foosball table). To keep the excitement going all year long, we will also be raffling off prizes each month to students who participate in Pioneer Cup activities. The prizes for September are a Kindle Fire and gift certificates to Pollywogg Holler and Applebee’s. The more Pioneer Cup activities students complete, the better their chances of winning. More information about the scoring and prizes is posted on the Pioneer Cup website: alfredstate.edu/pioneer-cup.
