Alhambdullilah! After 12 hours of waiting, the 25 Billion ARMM Budget with 10.15 Billion Infrastructure had been approved in the plenary of the House of Representatives. Cong Bai Sandra Sema answered interpellations on ARMM social development. Interpellations from Cong Celso Lobregat was about the 90 hectare Cabatangan property of ARMM. I just learned that that the property is still owned by the ARMM. Cong Sema called on Celso to join the cause for peace and support the Bangsamoro. Congrats Gov Mujiv, Exec Laisa and all the cabinet of RGov Mujiv and my immediate boss Sec Emil Sadain of DPWH ARMM who, with the full support of Gov Mujiv, has made the proactive programming of what was thought to be impossible 10.15 Billion peso ARMM Budget in one year, in contrast to 1 billion yearly infra budget for the past 23 years, possible, to close the infrastructure gap between the national and ARMM. Salamat sa mga magigiting na Muslim congressmen like Cong Sema, Cong Loong, Cong Hataman, Cong Dadah Hataman, Cong Arbison, Cong Adiong and Cong Balindong who were there to support the past twelve hours as well the passage of the ARMM Budget. Again, salamat sa administration ni PNoy at kay ARMM strong RGov Mujiv Hatamans strong political will and the highly competent and proactive Hataman Cabinet and Team as well as the silent relentless determination, hardwork and grit of Gov Mujiv Hataman and Sec Emil Sadain in ensuring that the longest roads in ARMM that had kept people out of peace and development, will finally all be paved.
