Alhamdulillah alhamdulillah alhamdulillah. Hectic day today. But all well ends well. 1) Serving landlord. New tenancy agreement re-signed. Went to unit and check the validity of the work permit and check no hanky panky. Re negotiate new deals and accepted by tenant. 2) Serving seller. Been following up with buyer and negotiating for the price. Finally buyer agreed to the price. Good collaboration with Nasir Rahman who represent the other half. Unit optioned. 3) Finally, serving buyer. Brought them to 10 houses. Detailed calculation and consideration given. Managed to secured a bargain price for a huge 5A near to amenities. Thanks to Almighty Allah swt to grant me with this closing. Alhamdulillah.
