Alice MacDonald, I had wonderful lobster dinner. What a great last minute splurge. Thanks Hannah for sharing the bounty. We had an nice Vouvray. I keep the side dishes simple with lobster. Jasmine rice. I crack the lobster over the bowl of rice. After I dip a piece of lobster in lemon butter and let that drip on the rice. By the end of the dinner the rice is SO Yummy! Just is simple salad to round out the meal. For my east coast friends, I met Alice here in Walla Walla, but she is from Cumberland Hill, RI. She went to Mercy Mount before me, and was just off to URI when I started high school. I am hoping to find more of a connection then teachers we both had. It seems there should be other friends we should both know. Alices maiden name is Oliveserta (Alice please correct it). Help us find the missing link!
