Alittle over a week to go till the Ride! Went out with the foes on Spokes group here in Fredericton thatbike every Tues. went with my neighbours. Did a total of 36kms. These folks are serious about their biking. We stopped part way thru their ride as they went to Oromocto for lunch and then were coming back the other side of the river. I was veeeeeeeeeery tired yesterday but not too sore. Hopefully something left for afew more training runs before the Ride on the 28th. Thought I would post details one more time.
