All APC governors and their NASS members boycotted the Council of State meeting today with PRESIDENT Goodluck Jonathan. So much for progressivism! If APC members and their sympathizers learnt anything close to social studies in their primary schools, they would have been told that MATTERS OF STATE - security, poverty, power, health, etc - tower above politics and party interests. They would have learnt that when you are elected to serve PEOPLE, it doesnt matter whether you like the face of the team-lead; service you must give! Pray, if the council needed to vote on a matter like security, this is just how some senatorial districts, federal constituencies and states is the federation would have missed out of that important decision making exercise because those they voted to represent them strayed where their venal ambitions led them.
