All Concerned The students (Morning All Departments) are requested to fill in the Teacher & Course Evaluation Survey Form for every registered course latest by Tuesday, 13th January 2015. The responses after the due date shall not be entertained and may result into non-issuance of Admit card. Therefore, log in your Student ID & PW and follow the procedure laid down below: 1. Click the right most tab ‘’Teacher & Course Evaluation’’ on the screen. 2. The list of registered courses will emerge. 3. Click on the link ‘’Go for Evaluation’’ for every course. 4. Click the tab ‘’Course Evaluation’’ and check the most appropriate response based on a Five –point Likert Scale which extends from Strongly Agree, Agree, Uncertain, Disagree to Strongly Disagree. 5. All the questions are mandatory to respond. 6. Click the tab ‘’Teacher Evaluation’’ and follow the procedure mentioned in point no. 4 & 5.
