All I can say is #murderwasthecasethattheygaveme .. Killed legs , spent, destroyed, whatever you wanna call it. Tons of squats with bands after trashing hams. Ready for my girls to get home, we continue Chars video series this evening as I will be doing a full blown video of her leg day and give you all sorts of tips.
