All, I encourage all of you to enter the RBS Business Plan Competition, there is $45k in cash prizes. I took 3rd place in the past and won $10k, and it was an awesome experience. The info is below. Rutgers Business School encourages and motivates entrepreneurs to pursue new business enterprises which enhance the growth of jobs in New Jersey through its annual Business Plan Competition. In order to compete for the business plan competition prizes ($45,000), there must be a serious intent to launch the proposed business. While the competition is open to current Rutgers University students, the leadership roles in the business venture must be filled by one of the three eligible categories: Rutgers Business School senior undergraduate students, current MBA students, recent graduates, and recent (3 years) MBA alumni. Individuals or teams of up to five students/alumni can enter the competition In addition to providing serious seed money which will help launch the new business, the winners of the competition receive a considerable amount of publicity within and out side of the University.
