All I ever wanted to be as a kid was a musician. Following the - TopicsExpress

All I ever wanted to be as a kid was a musician. Following the advice of all my teachers and mentors, I put that dream on the back burner and pursued a back up plan. I became a highly skilled tradesman after years in the building industry, only to find myself desperate and without work due to the economic climate. After years of studying Taekwondo, I thought I would try my hand at being a fitness professional. Unfortunately, this was also a fruitless enterprise that I soon exhausted all hope. I have put many years into the care profession, where I tried very hard to feel that I was actually doing something worth while. I wont start on my thoughts there, but lets just say... it is not where I dreamed I would be. After taking some lessons in Classical guitar from a truly inspirational man, Maurice Cope, A seed was planted that I could not ignore. I could be a musician The thought grew and I have been working on a business plan ever since. I finally decided to go for it and try my luck. Im sure you have all seen my Tom Bryans classical guitar page? I quit my job with Sense and have been trying to find work as a guitarist. The response has been fantastic. the bookings are coming in. You know what? I think I can pull this off!! Come April. Music is gonna pay my bills :) Wish me luck.
