All Ill say about last nights game is a) I knew it would be 2-1 Italy, had the strongest feeling all week and almost put money on it... b) Pretty sure Roy Hodgson is related to my old middle school PE teacher Noel Hodgson, as he seems to have the same football team full of people who basically pass the ball to one man and then stop still and stand around waiting to see if he scores rather than run up and attack with him. (Only about two of my old school friends who were also on the team will even understand that comment. We lost EVERY match we played in, so much so that the traditional reading of the report of the match in the school assembly the following day became renowned for the catchphrase It was a good game and we all enjoyed it. We were like the San Marino of school football teams, but without the talent, etc)
