Thousands came to Frankfort this Wednesday to commemorate the 50th Anniversary March on Frankfort that resulted passage of the first civil rights bill in the South. The rally also focused on current issues like restoration of civil rights and minimum wage legislation. Larry Snook, Labor Liaison, Metro United Way: Brother Snook highlights the work of organized labor in partnership with Metro United Way for community involvement and volunteerism. Larry talks about many of the projects and agencies that help those in need in the seven county Metro United Way area and the role that organized labor plays in helping our neighbors in need.
