All, St John’s Softball would like to welcome Heather Field to the coaching staff. Heather will be working with us in the coming season and brings a wealth of experience at all levels of the game. If interested please let us know. Students, Thanks to all the players who attended the important player meeting on Tuesday. As Coach Camera discussed, we are starting to prepare the schedule for the coming season and have been invited to participate in a tournament in Richmond over one of the two breaks scheduled this spring. If players are interested in entering this event, we need to hear from you this coming week. It will require an overnight stay in Richmond and a financial commitment and/or fundraising. Please let Coach D know via email or facebook of your interest in this opportunity and willingness to help in any fundraising. St John’s open house is scheduled for October 20th. The softball desk is in need of players to represent us at this event. We need six (now four) volunteers for two three hour shifts (three per shift) where you will join the coaching staff and discuss SJC softball with prospective students. If available, please let Coach D know. Thanks to both Gillian and Alyssa for volunteering already! We continue to offer opportunities to utilize the weight room two days a week.
