All-Star tournament winds down SNOW HILL—The District 4 All-Star tournament is over, sort of. Through all the scheduling conflicts due to inclement weather, many of the teams were able to wrap up their tournament action over the last week, but some are coming back for more. The 9U and 12U Greene County/Farmville squads advanced to the state round, which begins Thursday. The 9U All-Stars play at Winterville while the 12U team heads to Wilmington. The 13U squad advanced to the state round, which is July 18 in Pembroke, after not having to face an opponent in the district round.
