All, Welcome to the many new members! There are a lot! Here are some instructions for the scratchers figured out by some of the original members. These instructions seem to work, but if you know an easier way, let us know! Make sure you have friended all of us in big fish by using the list of friend codes recently posted. Need to be friends on both BF and FB for scratchers. This is important. To ask for help to fill your own scratcher just click the scratcher on big fish. Click ask friends. Checkmark all of your big fish scratcher friends on list and hit send at the top. Youre done. Now wait. Check your scratcher 4-6 hours later. If not filled, repeat steps. It sometimes takes a full day to fill. (Next day) You can also select specific friends by searching if you know how. The more BF/FB friends you have the faster it fills. To approve other peoples request for help, go to Facebook notifications. You should see on the list a notice that says something like Laura Billberry and 16 others sent you a request... with the big fish icon next to it. Click on that. It will take you to the big fish app. From there you do nothing. You are done and have helped! You can do this once or more times per day as requests usually come in all day. (If anyone knows for sure that we dont need this step, and can use the step below instead, let me know.) There is also the 1000 chip gift from friends. Im not as familiar with how this works as I just recently found it, but if you click on the friends icon from the big fish app, then click the box at top that says GET FREE GIFTS, you might find several gifts from your BF/FB friends there too. I had to click ACCEPT ALL (with RETURN FAVOR checked) many times before they all went away. Some days I cant get them to all go away then the next day they will. Some of them mention that they are requesting scratcher help, so I assume this is another way to approve scratcher requests. (maybe the chip gifts are from friends who responded to your scratcher request but do not show up on your scratcher)(?) I also do not know if using this method can substitute for the method in the paragraph directly above. Once you have cleared out all of the requests that are in this box, you can then use it to Send Gifts to your friends. It will suggest friends, check mark the big fish friends, then hit send. You can also search specific friends if you know how. Most of us had trouble in the beginning. Once you get it going it should work every day or two. Dont expect immediate results. Even if we all approve immediately it still sometimes takes hours to a whole day to fill. Remember big fish wants your money so they aint gonna make it that easy. Good luck! Laura
