All across the country law enforcement officers are given more - TopicsExpress

All across the country law enforcement officers are given more leeway in the use of force against the general public because of the nature of their jobs and the fact that they put their life in danger everyday. One phrase. ..ASS BACKWARDS. Shouldnt the people charged with the safety of the public and the enforcement of the law be held to a higher standard of conduct with more stringent consequences? I find it parallel to the president himself (who I will go further in debt with in another post.) For example the president says he cant speak on these incidents while their is an ongoing investigation. Why cant he? Is it because he has been told (yes hes has been told) that he is the Comander in chief and to speak on it either way, may affect the publics view point in a negative way. Well damn! Is that not being held to a higher standard? So when a police officer, clearly violates all of his training, violates the law even, shouldnt he receive a harsher punishment just do to the fact that he knew better. In many states the self defense laws are out of the window for the average....oh let me rephrase that....for the minority american, which means if you kill someone your going to jail period, regardless if you were in defense of your life. (If you take it that type of case to trial the prosecutor is going to tell the jury that they shouldnt allow their personal feelings or emotions get involved in their decision, just examine the facts as they pertain to the law, there is no self defense law and guide them like sheep into returning a guilty verdict.) It happens! Like the case in where California where the woman tried to use the stand your ground defense for discharging a weapon, not at anyone, for fear of her life from a man who she had a history of domestic violence encounters with. The prosecutor was more savy than her defense attorney and convinced a jury that she had broken the law regardless of the circumstance. Okay so back on subject. So if you are trained to enforce the law, which indicates you should know the law, when you violate the law ,are you suppose to get more amnesty against prosecution because you are in service of enforcing the law. Hell No!.....everything is backwards in this country....the immoral get respect and praise, Christians are persucuted, the rich are worshiped, the poor are trampled upon, criminals are in charge, and the inoccent are slain....Sounds like tribulations to me. Really it sounds like hell...IJS! Okay Im done venting for the evening. Where my angels at? P.s. to all the cowardly law enforcement officers out there, in fear of your lives. Thats the nature of your job, putting your life on the line to protect and serve the pubic...to safegaurd people of this nation on the steets, neighborhoods and communites that you work in. You are in house soldiers, even more you are the captains of the law. If you cant handle the job due to the fear you probably made the wrong career choice. Please resign immediately.
