All animals deserve a home. However not everyone can afford a dog or cat in this economy. This video is amazing in that it just propelled me an idea. What if there was no more need for shelters. Dogs and Cats can roam free. They would all be looked out for in their perpective communities such as common citizens, police officers, etc. This would also create jobs for people that love animals. They (the workers or volunteers) can maintain the enviroment as sanitary as possible on the job. The animals would all have a badge or collar on them that tracks them where they are at all times. They would have this machine which would encourage people to recycle more in effect it would also help the enviroment and feed the dogs. They would get pet homes with solar panels in order to keep them warm instead of cages in a shelter waiting to get adopted. Therefore they would be able to enjoy life. Goverment officials or volunteers will make sure they are safe daily. Not to mention, train them to be good pet citizens of the community.
