All chip in money engage a lawyer and sue HDB! Complain to TRS here no use. They also cant help much! If HDB got sue, then this will be the first case ever in Singapore and they will accelerate your case and compensate you. Btw, do you know who is the contractors? I have seen many of the Hougang new HDB flats are build by Chinese contractor. I guess these are cheap projects thats why the materials they used also dont know what grade. Those HDB flats built in 30 to 20 years ago, we seldom heard got any complains about the defects but now the flats is 30 times more expensive but you have these kind of low qualities? Sue HDB if not they are still so arrogant and doesnt see the urgency on it!
