All disagreements must be resolved peacefully and respectfully. Just because some of us do not find the rule of certain historical personalities legitimate or find it justified to criticise the way they managed affairs of Islamic Empire in the distant past; gives us no right to make statements or notions that could hurt millions of people around the world who regard the very personalities as sanctity. If the two people with opposing beliefs about certain personalities are genuinely interested in history and there is a mutual interest in objectively discussing historical facts, this could be done in a much more respectful, peaceful, literary and scientific way in private rather than to making provocative statements in public sphere. Such statements create frictions among different factions of the society and add nothing positive to human development. Therefore, I have decided not to indulge myself in any such discussions. Moreover, I wholeheartedly cherish this decree and hope that most people will live up to it. May peace prevail on Earth!
