All due respect, which isnt much; many of us are far more educated on the subject of public private partnerships and tried diligently to enlighten members of the business establishment to where dangers in this approach lies. In their bullheadedness; they dismissed warnings and one of the lead pro toll advocates even admitted to me in one of their famous sit downs that they did no independent research and instead accepted at face value what they have been spoon fed. How can you cut a deal with people that tine deaf? How can you even respect them?
