All evening I tried to get Russell to bring Cecilia to my friend, Lisas to stay in her basement for storms. He wouldnt. I started to Head home bc I didnt want to be without Cecilia. (BTW my cell had been dead since 5:30) I decided to head home about 7:30. We got on the back rd going toward st. Florian to go home. The wind was horrible. Im convinced a tornado threw us in a ditch. I couldnt feel my arms but to the left I saw a house with a light on... somehow, we pulled into the house and the wind threw our doors open. I had to hold the kids as we ran to the door. Thankfully, there was a sweet lady home. I asked if we could come in. She started taking the kids right to her basement. Im convinced God had his arms wrapped tightly around us tonight and sent us to sweet, Mrs. Sandy. And the weirdest part?!? Mrs. Sandy is the kids nurse at their peditricians office!
