All eyes on Cindy in Lucy Beale murder mystery Call off the bets because we think we’ve cracked EastEnders’ whodunit storyline. Thanks to some much-needed help from Dermot O’Leary at this week’s NTAs, fans are pointing their finger towards Cindy Williams Jnr (Mimi Keene). Yes, daughter of THE original Cindy Beale. Plus, Lucy’s half-sister. But where’s all this come from then, we hear you ask. Well, after the National Television Awards shared what is said to be a “major clue” in the murder plot, our money is definitely on young Cindy. Apparently, the last thing Lucy heard before she died was music from that pesky old music box we saw over Christmas. And who just so ‘happened’ to open the sinister gift under the Xmas tree? Why, it was Cindy. Who absolutely loathed Lucy right up till the moment she died, following which, she hasn’t cursed a bad word about her? Cindy. Who is the one suspect so ‘in-your-face’ but never actually in your face? Cindy. So, dear readers, it looks as if Cindy may be the killer… That’s unless this whole thing is just a red herring. Luckily, we don’t have to wait much longer.
