All hands on deck! (Mason and Jillian are eligible to receive a VERY SMALL stipend -- so small that I wont put it in writing on FB -- for their mowing efforts. But only if they do it promptly, well, and with a good attitude. Anything less and their reward diminishes quickly and has even been known to vanish altogether. Mason tried negotiating a raise with me earlier this spring. I told him Id pay him more as long as he was willing to chip in on room and board. Thus the negotiation ended, and quickly. The kid can do math! So far today theyre doing a great job. And Jentrys working for free!)
