All i did was ask a question in court before my jury trial for cultivating medicine ....I was arrested by 8 to 10 officers for the petty offense of contempt....i sat down after they rushed me. I was charged with three counts of aggravated battery on a cop and three resisting arrest with injury.....I did 4 months in county jail with the lights on 24 hour, no access to law library, no sunlight. I bonded out for 10000 dollars.
