All in all a wonderful weekend. Met the boyfriends extended family - Moms side - and enjoyed the Ahrensburg countryside. Plus I got elected to the OSI Board, which makes me very excited. And a fun but odd story from Germany.... On the way over to boyfriends cousins house, we noticed a frog on the path. It moved over into the grass at the side, but we both thought it might wander onto the road. I went to pick it up and discovered one large frog and one mini frog on its back. So I hurried them across the street post-haste. Tucked them right next to the river and let them know that I hadnt meant to interrupt them and all that. Then I went and fixed my boyfriends cousins computer. The tale of two frogs, told over another lunch with extended family today, resulted in me learning much about the pair. The she frog was really a he frog who carries the she frog on his back. (Id always learned that the other way round, though.) And we also have a happy new Firefox user, the aforementioned cousin. This weekend was all about win.
