Moreover sectarian and communal elements are on the rise in the country in recent months. it looks that some Muslims who are known close to New government have started secret efforts to solve this issue without thinking Muslim communitys pride and honor. Hasim Ansari-- one of the pleader has surrender due to some fishy reasons. Anyway his statement is motivated, emotional and heavily backed rather sponsered by a strong think tank and well- knit coterie. Moreover he is not the owner /sole authority to decide or influence such a vital and sensitive matter. In past too some selfish elements had been pressuring Muslims to abdicate their claim on Babri Masjid land but this is not the question of a piece of land only but a question of religious identity and constitutional rights as also associated with it. Behind -the-scene efforts for building of Ram Mandir on Babri Masjid’s land is not acceptablet. This dispute is pending in the Supreme Court for hearing, hence nobody has any right to enter into a discussion on it.In the past also some selfish elements had been pressurising Muslims to abdicate their ownership right on Babri Masjid but this is not the question of a piece of land only but a question of religious identity and constitutional rights are also associated with it. This is one of the greatest tradegy for Muslims and secularism of the country that has left deep scares on the psyche of INDIAN MUSLIMS and secular forces. sadly, successive government s have been deliberately leaving these scares untreated. As if the bitter memories of the demolition of Babri Masjid and long history of savage anti Muslim riots in the country were not enough to make the community insecure, the foul and abusive statement of some of the the BJP MPs and RSS leaders has further deepened this feeling,Muslims have always observed restrain with patience, foresightness and followed fully legal and democratic process by keeping absolute faith in judiciary instead of emotional and hypothetical slogans and presumptions.
