All jokes to the side.... I have a question if there are any white people in this group and the black men that have white girlfriends /wives or vice versa ? If so why do white people love eat half cooked meat like this? because I only seen white people ask for their food like this and when I cook for banquets etc..... We constantly tell ALL people that we cant and dont serve half cooked food because of Foodborne Illness and parasites that maybe in half cooked food. This is why we must cook ALL food thoroughly. The correct temp to cook beef,pork,Veal & Lamb Steaks, chops, roasts is 145 °F (62.8 °C).
