All my facebook friends should already know this. But if you dont - the federal reserve is a private bank with no federal authority whatsoever. As a private bank they do not have to conform to any federal request or order. Their books are private and they are not open to an audit of the IRS because they are not an American bank. Their owners and the main office is the Bank of London (not the bank of England) which is located inside the boundaries of a sovereign nation consisting of 4 city blocks in downtown London. You could say its like the Vatican in that it is autonomous. The present fed res is the second one. The first was abolished because it was engaged in unfair bank practices and established unlawfully against Constitutional authority. The present fed res is operating in the same manner today, but it holds so much of our debt its nearly impossible to shut it down. To do so would transfer all our outstanding debt at the fed res to the Bank of London. The alternative action would be to order the federal treasury to print our money separate from the feds green backs and pay them off with our new bills. We have the Constitutional authority to do just that which would bankrupt the red res and piss off the world bank or Bank of London. President John Kennedy was in the process of making this work. But he was shot in the head in a very public display. Its interesting that Abraham Lincoln was in the process of doing the same thing against the first fed res when he was shot in the head in a very public display. All we need is a ballsy President willing to declare the 3rd time is the charm.
