All my mother friends with teenage or pre teen children, or younger .... we are starting an after school program at Fusion! It will be at 3:45 Monday and Wednesday to start for the pre teens, also a youth Wrestling class on Fridays at 3:45. The program will include a fun Boot Camp, Cardio Kickboxing, and more. Eventually this will grow to a daily class that will include Leadership, Community Events, Creative classes and more. This is an excellent way to keep your kids healthy, happy, involved, focused and busy! They will also have an amazing time. It will be $25/month or $5 a class...and they are welcome to stick around for the evening classes also (which include Hula and Kickboxing). The wrestling class is for youth and will focus on basic to intermediate skills. It will also focus on teamwork, discipline, respect, and more. Please take a look at the feedback we get from guests....they are loving our studio! It is different than anything you have been involved with before, thats my promise and the reason that I started the studio! Changing lives....one pound, one inch, one smile, one boost of self esteem...one minute at a time. Im loving it...I hope that you and your family will plan to be a part of our Fusion family!
