All my peeps stuck in the snow. If you didnt get your work out on before the gym closed, heres a good one. No equipment needed but You. No excuses! Warm up 1 min Jog in place 1 min Jump Jacks 1 min Squat Jacks 1 min Pretend Jump Rope 1 min Mountain Climbers WO = 30 sec on Burpees 20 sec Rest 30 sec on Jump Lunges 20 sec rest Repeat this 5 xs rest 1 min 2nd Set Repeat WO Remember to dig deep and challenge yourself! If its a recovery day ? Yoga on Demand is a good option to restore and keep active if you are stuck in the house.
