All my personal art pieces, theyre just studies, im doing it just to try and learn something new, for me im much more interested in the studies and the processes behind the things, than i am necessarily just the outcome, the outcome of your skills typically is the a product that got shipped, thats your day job, thats what you do, but do the personal art the that kind of stuff, its for you .. you get better at the stuff the more you do it, and weather something is finished or not, its kind of irrelevant, because, if you can look at something and ooh this is done, i can guarantee .. you come back a few months you can see million things wrong with it. One of the first things that typically ill ask for when i see somebodys portfolio im like : -ah cool, your professional work looks awesome its great !, what about your personal? what about your ideas? like ! . -oh i havent finish them yet, ... -let me see the stuff that stuff that you havent finish ... let me see the stuff that you are playing around with !
