All of the training at Ripple Effect is based on the basics and builds as the athlete shows progress. Bodyweight training is great because it allows us to develop basic human movement patterns such as pull, push, press, squat, lunge, hinge and rotate. We can scale down the basic bodyweight exercises for beginners, just as easily as we can scale up to increase the difficulty as we improve. Here is an example of my 25 minute workout from today: Pull up x 5 Dip x 8 Inverted Row x 10 Push Up x 12 1 Arm Inverted Row x 5/5 5 sets per drill Every Minute on the Minute #yegfit #fitness #bodyweight #lululemon #movement #workout #obstacleracing #spartantraining
