All of us should report charter to the BBB for horrible services I would say the changes they have made on forcing us to buy boxs should be a crime. Most of us cant afford the services and now they will be making more income from each house hold with the Box game they are playing. With this being said i have had shitty tv and internet for weeks.. Now i hear if they go to you, you may be charge more often for them coming to our houses for fixing issues relating to there services not running right. Charter says to there costumers if u dont like it then end your services. What would they honestly do if 100s dropped there services and just decide to keep the internet. With the internet there are other ways to watch ours show and more. We all have web tv in our rooms and will be canceling the tv services. It is not worth the amount any more ether know i can well afford it. It is not the point to pay for garbage just because you can,
