All of you that have recently started filling my homepage with photos of bloodied Palestinian children ---what exactly are you achieving with it? I just scroll past because I cant even bear to look at them. The Palestinian-Israeli conflict has been going on since even before I was born, and nobody has really given a damn since. So, you want your Facebook friends to be aware about the issue. Great. Maybe they are already. Maybe they arent. But what exactly are you doing to help resolve the conflict? Are you donating to help feed the victims of injustice? Or are you registering your complaints with those in power? Are those people who can actually change things, on your Facebook? I guess not. So why not come up with something constructive? Unless you are asking me to pray for the Palestinians with each bloody photo you post, then sure, I will...(Because hey, what else can we do for Palestine, right?)...or asking for donations, then sure, I will...But if youre just sharing because its the in thing to do or you get a kick out of all the blood and gore, then please, stop.
