All of you who know me know I am not the Barbie Doll type. My body is more like those big beautiful ladies with the large you know whats in the paintings you see on the walls...lol. Well, any way...even though I have always been a bigger girl I was active and happy. As, Ive gotten older I find myself not moving around as much and the weight has just caught up with me. I just dont feel well anymore. Plus, the weight holds me back form doing the things I love to do. So, starting today I am going to eat consciously. If its good for me it goes in my belly. If it doesnt benefit my body it stays out. My daughter Courtney McKinley (aka my Mom) is going to coach me and whip me into shape She wants me around for grand-babies (without fur). My mom, Alberta Truesdale Wilkinson, will have to stop loving me with potato chips and dip! I know you love me mom, but now you can love me with raw broccoli,carrots,celery and cauliflower...lol. Wish me luck my friends. Making new habits isnt easy, but doing so will be well worth it. Hugs :)
