All polls need to be banned. They are simply a tool of the special interests to make their outlandish nonsensical ideas seem more palatable. They are now THE major tool in directing public opinion. All campaign advertising needs to be banned. If congress cant control the spending...at least dont let them give the money to the media! And dont make us watch them lie! All political parties need to be banned. Make the corrupt idiots stand on their own underhanded agenda, dont give them a ready made excuse! Lawyers should be banned from holding any public office. Right now, when elected, they want to write bad laws, so that they, and all of their best buddies, can make even more money. Every member of the Supreme Court should stand for dismissal at every Presidential Election. Right now, idiot or genius, traitor or patriot, they stay on the court until they die. Any court decision in any court in the country should be placed on the next ballot (for the corresponding jurisdiction), so that the public can confirm or overturn the decision. If overturned, the Judge presiding the case should be thrown from the bench, as he obviously cannot offer unbiased justice in his court. Every benefit granted to any group (and not to all citizens) should be abolished as unconstitutional infringement upon the rights of the rest of the citizenry. (This especially applies to the retirement and health care of Congress and the President).
