All praise is for Allāh who created Ādam, blew His spirit into him and chose him for apostleship, just as He chose Idrīs and Nūh. He made Ibrāhīm His intimate friend, Mūsā His interlocutor (kalīm) and Ismāīl the one to be slaughtered (dhabīḥ). He helped Hūd, softened iron for Dāwūd, subjugated the wind for Sulaymān, supported with His signs and Hārūn with His message, made the Messiah a spirit (rūh), taught Yusūf the interpretation of dreams and distinguished Luqmān with wisdom, filling his heart therewith when he was asleep. I testify that there is no deity besides Allāh and I testify that Muhammad unto him blessings and peace, is His servant and messenger, best of the creation. May Allāh bless and send peace on him, his family and his Companions who were successful in attaining their goal. When the Prophet pbuh was mentioned to Safwān ibn Sulaym, who was among the exertive worshippers, he would cry endlessly until people would arise and leave him. May Allāh make us among these people who observed full respect of the personage of Allāh’s Messenger pbuh. I seek refuge in Allāh from the accursed devil. In the name of Allāh, Most Beneficent, Most Merciful. O Prophet, We have sent you as a witness and as a bearer of good news and a warner, and as the one who calls (people) towards Allāh with His permission, and as a luminous lamp. May Allāh grant us all blessings in the Glorious Qur’ān and benefit us all from the verses and Wise Reminder. Verily, He Most High is Generous, Noble, the Master, Righteous, All-Compassionate and All-Merciful.
