All praises due to Allah, the Ahlan Art Gallery of London and Emaar of Dubai have come together to set an exhibition in Dubai. The exhibition is yet to be launched in few days and it will go on for 27 days .. Ive contributed with three art pieces to the 27 piece collection yet to be exhibited.. Im happy to learn that exhibiting next to international well established artists such Peter Gould, George Lewis, Samir Malik and Siddiqa Juma .. Ahlan Art Gallery share the same vision with the artists they are promoting, which is taking the Islamic art to a new level via selective artists who effuse contemporary elements and styles without losing sight of the beautiful roots .. The paintings I contributed to this exhibition is influenced greatly by the great artist, my friend, Mr Khaled Sebaa who have my greatest gratitude as well as every single other teacher I had over the years including my first ever teacher, my father, as well as Samir Malik and Abdulghany Shoair .. And a special thank you for my wife, Sue whos the real hero behind all this .. My wife takes on a lot in order to support me with my work and art and never complain about my work which can can take me for days and sometimes weeks away from her and my duties as a husband and as the man of the house .. Sue been and will always be the secret of my success .. I pray this deed is accepted by the Lord and allow it to contribute to the knowledge of many until judgment day .. بحمد الله وفضله العظيم يتم حاليا تجهيز المعرض الجديد والمشارك فيه بثلاث لوحات جديدة الى جانب نخبة من الفنانين العالميين امثال Peter Gould, George Lewis, Samir Malik و Siddiqa Juma .. المعرض سيكون بإذن الله في ال DownTown في دبي وسيحتوي على ٢٧ لوحة منتقاة بعناية من مجموعة كل فنان مشارك .. جميع الفنانين المشتركين من جنسيات وخلفيات مختلفة تجعل مجموعتهم غنية ثرية وقد جمعهم كلهم Ahlan Art Gallery والذي يتخذ من لندن مقراً رئيسياً له .. غاية المعرض هو عرض مجموعة فنية ذات رؤية جديدة تبث روح التجديد في عالم الفن من دون التخلي عن الجذور الاصيلة العريقة .. وتدعو المتعبدين الصائمين للتفكر في جمال الله الدين الذي إرتضاه للبشرية والاحداث التي صاحبت هذا الدين منذ تجلى ذلك الملاك العظيم للقرشي الهاشمي الأمي في غارٍ قصي يدعوه للقراءة في ليلة الأثنين من شهر رمضان .. ليلة اصبحت تاريخية ونسكيها ليلة القطر .. والكلمات اصبحت جزءا لا يتجزء من القرآن الكريم .. والقرشي الأمي أضحى أعظم وأشهر شخصية تاريخية مؤثرة .. وذاك الملاك لم يكن سوى جبريل عليه السلام .. اللوحات المشاركة رسمتهم وأنا متأثر جدا بالفنان الكبير، صديقي، الأستاذ خالد سباع .. والذي اعبر له عن عظيم انجمتناني لإلهامه وإبداعه وكرمه في مشاركتي إياهم .. كما شكري دائما لكل من تعلمت منه ولو حرفا إبتداءً من معلمي الأول أبي أطال الله عمره وبارك له فيه ورزقه بري ورزقني بره .. والفنان الرائع سمير مالك والفنان الشاب والاخ المعلم المصري الأصيل عبد الغني شعير .. وشكري دائما وامتناني لزوجتي الرائعة التي جعلها الله سبباً في تحفيزي وتشجيعي ودعمي بكل ما تستطيع وأكثر .. وبتحمل مزاجاتي وانعزالي لساعات طويلة بل وأحيانا ايام واسابيع في مرسمي مع لوحاتي والواني واوراقي بعيدا عن واجباتي المنزلية والاجتماعية .. ما هذا إلا يوم وفاء جديد لي أهديه لزوجتي التي كانت ولا زالت القوة الحقيقة ورراء كل نجاحاتي .. أسأل الله أن يتقبل هذا العمل كغيره من أعمالي في خدمة الفن الجميل النابع من الدين الجميل الذي يجمع بين مختلف البشر من مختلف الثقافات والجنسيات والأصقاع .. وأدعوه أن يجعله سبباً في خير وعلماً نافعاً الى يوم القيامة يارب ..
