All students, who were eligible for laptop, visit link pmnls.hec.gov.pk/ write city name, university name will appear automatically in next column. then write your name in next column & filter result. your name will appear. just below column of written action will be a word in Blue Validate. Click on that & validate it. For validation your NIC, cell no & email id will be required. if you want to conform that you have validated properly, repeat the procedure & if blue written word Validate is green then its ok. (demonstrated in snap shots ) you all first done your registration, now its validation.
