All tests are not created equal....How can we expect to score well on tests that exists a clear cultural bias...how can we expect our black and minority kids who relates to abstract thinking or can conceptualize well but have little knowledge of white culture to fare well in tests created by white people....what if a group of black scholars were the ones that set the standards for IQ tests as it is known today, would some black people still come up short against their white counterparts or would white people now face tests inundated with cultural stoicism.....the alienation and demarcation of a people lies not just in its overt dealings but in its hidden agendas.
