All that exists is created by the consciousness as a story. There are infinite stories we are telling ourselves in the eternal now. All stories make up The story told by all that is. Go into a relaxed state of mind and see your life as a story. See what are the main themes and challenges. Then create in your imagination how you would like that story to continue. Then just act as if you already were the new self.
