All the joy about getting Cuban cigars is misplaced. Ive had some good ones, but Ive seen fakes, and believe me, there will be more counterfeits hitting the market just like any luxury product> The good news really is that in all these years since the embargo, cigar making families brought their skills to other parts of the Caribbean (and there already were good cigars from other parts of the region) and produced very high quality cigars, much like other regions of the world have produced wines that now rival the Bordeauxs and Burgundies. washingtonpost/blogs/wonkblog/wp/2014/12/18/cuban-cigars-arent-actually-all-that-special/
