All the reason anyone should need to have a little understanding when police officers mistakenly believe a suspect is armed and they respond accordingly. All the reason anyone should need to have a little understanding when police officers arent so willing to accept that the suspect or person they are talking to intends them no harm. The Police HAVE to assume the worst case scenario is possible. The Public HAS to assume that means police will respond as though their own or others lives are in danger if we do not do EXACTLY what they say when they say it. This officers fatal mistake was trust.
