All the recent rains have left our sanctuary quite muddy and slippery. We would love to have some wood chips to layer over the mud to make the animals more comfortable as well as to ensure the safety of our volunteers who carry feed, water buckets, etc. up and down the slope. We have a wonderful, caring friend of Full Circle who lives in Fairview, just outside Asheville, who has a huge pile of wood chips she has kindly offered to us for free. All we need is someone (or a few someones) with a pickup truck, etc. willing to load up their truck with the wood chips and transport them up here to us near Burnsville.
